ADD A PERSONALISED CHOCOLATE INSCRIPTION PLAQUE TO YOUR CAKE

Ensure when placing your cake order you select the option that includes the inscription plaque.

CHOCOLATE INSCRIPTION PLAQUES ARE AN EXTRA CHARGE

Personalised wording must be 25 letters or less and wording is to be included in the notes for our team section when you complete your order at check-out.

Scheduled Cake orders for the week of must be pre-ordered on the following days: 
Order on Friday by 12pm to Collect/Deliver Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
Order on Tuesday by 12pm to Collect/Deliver Thursday, Friday.
Order Thursday by 12pm to Collect/Deliver Friday, Saturday, Sunday 

Any orders booked after cut-off time will be issued a refund.

DELISSIMO PERISHABLE ITEMS REFUND POLICY: 
Any complaints must be made within 24 hours. Please call (08) 6246 6634 or e-mail delissimo@live.com.au with your complaint and photograph.
Perishable item is required to be returned to the store within 48 hours.
Once perishable item is returned a review and inspection will need to be assessed by  Delissimo's trusted food suppliers. Food Safety laws require all food businesses & manufacturers to keep temperature records. Delissimo will not issue refunds for perishable items that have not been stored correctly. Please note that chilled perishable items are required to be refrigerated within 30 minutes of leaving the store.

All products may have traces of peanuts, tree nuts, soybean derivatives, eggs, wheat gluten, milk and other allergens. 
All gluten-free options are flourless & are made at a premises that contains traces of gluten - place your order at your own risk.
