TERMS & CONDITIONS - 

MELBOURNE CUP ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY :
THURSDAY 29TH OCTOBER 2026. - orders will be closed once Delissimo's full holding capacity of catering orders has been reached. Book your order early to avoid disappointment.

DELIVERY DETAILS:
Delissimo reserves the right to allocate and shuffle delivery time slots for all delivered catering between 9am-11.50am. If you require your catering order at a specific time we recommend collecting your order in store at: Delissimo 36/37 1140 Albany Hwy Bentley - inside Bentley Shopping Centre [ quick access and easy parking available rear of Shopping Centre] 

Delivery time preference requests can be made in the notes section at check-out.

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed based on logistical demand requirements for Melbourne Cup corporate events held in Perth - all food orders will be delivered prior to the 12pm race. 

Please contact us if you have any concerns or for further information regarding logistics. 

 DELIVERED CATERING: On the day, courier drivers are only responsible for delivery. All food display and handling will be your responsibility - Please collect your order promptly from the delivery driver.

ALL PERTH CBD Melbourne Cup Orders are required to e-mail delissimo@live.com.au with a location point to meet our courier drivers to collect their order. Catered Food will only be delivered & dropped off at Loading Docks or Concierge/Reception of Office buildings. Courier drivers will be under time restrictions on the day so we appreciate your promptness collecting your order.  Recipients will be notified 10 minutes prior to arrival and will be required to meet at the desired location point.  

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
Please note that all Gluten-Free & Vegan food options must be ordered in accordance with options that are clearly labelled on our catering menu, please notify your guests our store has traces of allergens. Delissimo sanitises surfaces & area's before preparation of all allergen food to avoid cross contamination.
Vegetarian options can be requested in the notes section.

FOOD ALLERGENS:
Delissimo is a food store that contains traces of gluten, soy, nuts, egg & other food allergen products.  Coeliacs & Others with a high sensitivity to food allergies must be informed by the person placing the order that Delissimo has food safety processes in place to ensure safe food however the store does contains traces.

Order Cancellations: Delissimo requires a minimum of 48hour cancellation notice
