Book a week in advance or note the following order days below: 

12pm on a Monday for a Wednesday or Thursday pick up or delivery.
12pm on a Wednesday for a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday pick up or delivery.

DELISSIMO PERISHABLE ITEMS REFUND POLICY: 
Any complaints must be made within 24 hours. Please call (08) 6246 6634 or e-mail delissimo@live.com.au with your complaint and photograph.
Perishable item is required to be returned to the store within 48 hours.
Once perishable item is returned a review and inspection will need to be assessed by  Delissimo's trusted food suppliers. Food Safety laws require all food businesses & manufacturers to keep temperature records. Delissimo will not issue refunds for perishable items that have not been stored correctly. Please note that chilled perishable items are required to be refrigerated within 30 minutes of leaving the store.
