Conditions for Refunds

·        Refunds are issued for goods that are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different from the order placed.

Requesting a Refund

·        All refund requests must be emailed to delissimo@live.com.au.

·        Requests must be made within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Shipping

·        The return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

·        Shipping costs will not be refunded.
