Please read before placing your order. 
If you place your order after our cut-off times a refund will be issued.

Schedule your celebration cake orders a week in advance.
Scheduled Cake orders for the week of must be pre-ordered on the following days: 
Order on Monday by 12pm to Collect/Deliver Tuesday, Wednesday
Order on Tuesday by 12pm to Collect/Deliver Thursday, Friday
Order Wednesday by 12pm to Collect/Deliver Saturday, Sunday & Monday

DELISSIMO REFUND POLICY: 
If you are unsatisfied with your order please call the store on (08) 9355 2311 within 24hours to place your complaint. We require the cake to be returned to the store within 48 hours of receiving it. Photographs of cakes will not be accepted, the physical product will be required to be inspected. Once the cake is returned to our supplier it will be investigated by their manufacturing QC team. Delissimo will not refund half eaten cakes or cakes that have not been stored correctly. All Cakes must be immediately transported from the store to a location no further than 45 minutes away from our East Victoria Park store and kept refrigerated. Delissimo will not credit any cakes that have been deemed incorrectly stored. 
All products may have traces of peanuts, tree nuts, soybean derivatives, eggs, wheat gluten, milk and other allergens.
